Selection of chicken eggshell as the focus studies did not deliberate. The researchers chose a chicken egg as a simple protein to be explored. Apparently, they found special proteins that exist in the body of the chicken. Protein who drafted sections of microscopic shells forming eggshell. These proteins initiate the process of formation of the egg shell before making another. So, without protein in the body of the chicken, the egg will not be formed. Then it can be guessed that the first chicken egg is formed instead.
