The most simple way of reducing anger

When we feel angry, and wanted to do something to vent our anger, try to count in your heart, one until ten, or until one hundred if you're really angry. 

What will happen?

Sense of emotion will be damped.

Why it can occur??

Actually not a matter of the numbers we think that can reduce anger, but a grace period / length of time between the anger that has reached the crown, by the time we are taking it out is what causes the reduction in our anger.

What does it means?

Such emotions are just a shortly
emotional. The longer we count, it can caused more calm our emotions.

For us Muslims is more advisable to saying Istighfar that we can also say repeatedly. In addition to the above possible reasons, as well as by calling The Named of Allah, Satanic who was "provoking" us, will run Insya Allah.

Sometimes when we are angry, suddenly we want to vent our anger with things that are bad. From start swearing until slamming things around us. Even at a high level of emotion that are not controlled, human anger can harm other people. Although just a curse too, will create new problems. Undeniably it is very very difficult to dampen our emotions. But you realize, that such emotions usually only emotional moment. Sometimes when a person feels very angry with someone else until he swore, after the next day feeling angry it was not felt, perhaps he forgot to be the cause. Ever?
